Project Description

Contract Value: £840K

Contract Duration: 16 weeks

David H Allan Joiners & Building Contractors completed a major fit-out of two empty shell industrial warehouse units to form modern office accommodation and a brand new operational base for the Scottish Ambulance Response Service in Newbridge [just outside Edinburgh].

The accommodation comprised of offices, a main reception area, kitchens and other shared facilities and rooms throughout. We also formed a large garage and warehouse, providing a fully operational department for the Response Team staff and Ambulance Response vehicles.

In addition, this project involved substantial external works, consisting of the construction of a secure ambulance and car parking compound for vehicles, as well as fire routes and disabled access.
