Our staff

A quality job can only be achieved with a strong team behind us. We have a highly motivated, fully trained, skilled and experienced team of staff who are totally committed to fulfilling our customer’s needs.

Preferred subcontractors

David H Allan work with a select list of trusted specialists who have a proven ability to deliver contracts to high standards. Subcontractors are required to meet strict criteria in health and safety, management standards, and quality. We operate a friendly, firm but fair approach to ensure a high standard of work is achieved with first class service levels.

Supply chain

Accounts are held with all the major building material supply companies which allow us to gain cost savings through the long term partnering relationships we hold with them, and through bulk ordering. Our buying department works hard to ensure ‘just in time’ deliveries with supplier performance continually monitored at all times.

The contract programme

Programmes are drawn up in close conjunction with the client and design team, and are monitored continually by a dedicated contracts manager to ensure efficiency is achieved and that both interim targets and completion dates are met.

Clients and customers

A friendly, professional relationship with clients and their project team is established by our team in the early stages. Communication is always key and it allows us to carry out constant assessment of methods and processes throughout the project, in order to achieve best practice upon completion and at the end of the defects liability period.
